Dental premiums continue a trend of increases well below the inflation rate, with the average premium rising less than 1% in 2024 compared to 2023 premiums. This is the eighth consecutive year of premium increase at or below annual inflation. In addition to the national average premium for 2023 and 2024, the NADP Dental Benefits Report: 2024 Premium reports the average premium per member per month and includes data by product type (DHMO, DPPO, Dental Indemnity), group size (Large, Small, and Individual), and at the state level for 2024.
